Hi Eileen,
It was a lot of hard work to get our house looking so good, but it
was totally worth it. I don't think it would have looked this
good without all of your advice and suggestions. It certainly
proved that staging works. I have my fingers crossed and hope
that the conditional offer will soon become a firm offer and we can
move forward with all our moving plans.
It was pleasure meeting you Eileen.
Actually, we might have another chance to work together soon as my
father has plans to sell his Burlington condo and move into a
retirement home. I will be the one helping my father and have
every intention of contacting your office for assistance with the
sale. At this point my father's plans are to sell the condo in
the spring. From now until then you can be assured that I will
do everything in my power to get him moving on sorting through his
things and getting rid of things. I always love a challenge
and I'll do my best to guess what your suggestions might be.
Despite all the things I've learned from our experience, I'm sure
you'll walk into his condo and find lots of things that can be
improved on. Thanks again Eileen for all your help.

Hi Eileen.....thanks so much for your
valuable suggestions today.
I've printed off the list and
- today I already ordered the special light bulbs for the picture
light.
- Sat. I'm buying some mocha neutra paint (like the main floor) for
the blue room.
- I'll invest in a new front door mat.
- I've contacted the contractor for the basement to address the
issue of the basement windows. Hopefully make them more
presentable
Plus I will be working on the rest of the
list.
Love to hear from the cleaning lady regarding the window and blinds.
It was nice meeting you today too and I really enjoyed learning
about how to stage my house to sell.
